Opened Seal Caps
We refuse returns on broken tamper seals. Active cosmetic compounds (retinoids, vitamin C, live peptide chains) degrade when exposed to ambient moisture and room oxygen. Contamination invalidates clinical stability.
Non-Target Buyers
Dermai is not an impulse consumer shopping app. We do not provide instantaneous one-click credit card checkout, scented novelty cosmetics, or unverified white-label re-bottling.
